Order Processing
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Once payment has been confirmed, please allow 1 to 3 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery — estimated delivery within 5 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking reference. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to be updated following dispatch.
Liability
As set out in our Terms of Service, once products have been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, the customer. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or any events outside our control.
International Shipping

Undelivered or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a delivery point, we will contact you at the e-mail address associated with your order. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
